Problem : If the /etc/userdomain got deleted
Solution:

Here are the steps to re-create userdomain file if it gets accidentally deleted
====
mv /etc/userdomains /etc/userdomains.OLD
/scripts/updateuserdomains

If it is not still getting re-generated, do the following steps
/usr/local/cpanel/bin/userdata_update
mv /etc/userdomains /etc/userdomains.OLD
/scripts/updateuserdomains
